目的:探讨霜制对苦杏仁在大鼠体内的代谢及组织分布影响。方法:分别给SD大鼠注射苦杏仁苷,灌胃苦杏仁生品和霜制品水煎液后,采用HPLC测定血浆及各组织中苦杏仁苷及其代谢产物的血药浓度及组织中的含量,进一步利用LC-MSn鉴定代谢产物的结构。结果:苦杏仁苷注射给药后在大鼠体内主要以原型分布,苦杏仁生品和霜制品灌胃后均以次级代谢产物野樱苷的形式分布;且霜制后野樱苷在大鼠各组织中的分布时间延长,分布量更平均,且呈现2次达峰现象。结论:霜制对苦杏仁在大鼠体内的代谢及组织分布有较大影响,该研究结果为探讨苦杏仁炮制机制积累资料。
Objective: To investigate the effect of cream on the metabolism and tissue distribution of bitter almond in rats. Methods: The SD rats were injected with amygdalin, crude almonds and oyster preparations, respectively. The plasma concentrations of amygdalin and its metabolites in plasma and tissues were determined by HPLC. , The structure of metabolites was further identified by LC-MSn. Results: The amygdalin was mainly distributed in prototype in rats after injection. The crude metabolites of wild bitter almonds and cream products were distributed in the form of wild cherry glycosides after gavage; The distribution of rats in each tissue was prolonged, the distribution was more even, and the phenomenon of 2 peaks was observed. Conclusion: The effect of cream on the metabolism and tissue distribution of bitter almond in rats is greatly influenced. The results of this study are to investigate the mechanism of bitter almond accumulation.
