半石墨化自焙炭块—陶瓷砌体复合护衬技术先后在鞍钢7号(2580m~3)、4号(1002m~3)及2号(888m~3)高炉应用,这种复合炉衬兼有美国UCAR热压成型炭砖和法国“陶瓷杯”炉衬的优点,而且投资省,施工简便,所有筑炉材料可以全部国产化。近两年的生产实践表明,这种复合炉衬具有明显的节能效果,并改善了炉缸的工作条件,维持较高的炉缸温度,铁水温度提高了10~18℃,生铁质量提高。同时降低了炉前劳动强度。
