应用酶联免疫吸附法及间接微固相放免法对比检测了扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者血清的抗心肌线粒体腺苷酸转位酶自身抗体,发现两种方法检测的结果基本一致。DCM患者抗腺苷酸转位酶抗体的阳性率为42%,而冠心病及正常人群未发现此抗体。DCM患者血清中抗腺苷酸转位酶抗体滴度随时间推移而逐渐降低。抗腺苷酸转位酶抗体的研究可能在扩张型心肌病发病机理及早期诊断上具有重要价值。
The anti-myocardial mitochondrial adenylatetransferase autoantibodies in serum of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and indirect micro-solid phase radioimmunoassay. The results of the two methods were basically consistent. The positive rate of anti-adenylate transposase antibody in DCM patients was 42%, but not in coronary heart disease and normal subjects. Anti-adenosine translocase antibody titers in serum of DCM patients gradually decreased over time. Anti-adenylate translocase antibody research may be in the pathogenesis and early diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy has important value.
