提高盐穴储气库腔体稳定性的设计方法

为了实现盐穴储气库的可靠设计,确保储气库长期稳定运行,腔体必须满足以下稳定性准则:无或只有很小的拉伸破坏区、无或只有很小的剪胀损伤区、有限的体积收缩率等。以金坛区块一口典型井为例,运用二维轴对称有限元软件Locas从腔体稳定性和体积收缩率两方面对所设计的3种腔体形态进行数值模拟。对比分析稳压运行1年后3种腔体的状况,从而优选出腔体2,并给出其最优长短轴比,进一步指导施工现场的溶腔作业,并为金坛地区盐穴储气库的腔体形态设计提供必要的参考。 In order to ensure the reliable design of salt cavern gas storage and ensure long-term stable operation of gas storage, the cavity must meet the following stability criteria: no or only small tensile failure zone, no or only small dilatancy damage zone, Limited volume shrinkage and so on. The cavity operation at the construction site is further guided and the salt cavern gas storage in the Jintan area Library cavity design provides the necessary reference.
