Tenascin是一种细胞外基质糖蛋白,具有与纤维连接蛋白和层粘连蛋白相似的结构和生物特性,在胚胎发生中,它广泛存在于发生上皮细胞周围的致密间质中;而在成人组织,它仅限于血管和内脏平滑肌以及结肠粘膜的基底层上部.Tenascin在神经胶质瘤、浸润性乳腺癌、结肠癌和肺癌等肿瘤的基质再现表达,在炎症和修复过程中也见再表达.作者取120例胃癌切除标本作Tenascin免疫组化测定,具体方法按Sakai所介绍的步骤(Brit J Cancer,1993;67:1058~1064),凡癌肿细胞周围基质染色强度相似或超过粘膜肌层正常染色者列为阳性.结果Tenascin阳性表达者72例(60%),其中以胃窦癌(占80%)、Borrmann分类Ⅱ级(95%)、分化良好和中度(79%和86%)、肠型胃癌(85%)、基质髓样型和中间型(70%和78%)、α和β浸润型(92%和97%)的阳性表达率较高,表达率与淋巴结转移、腹膜播散和远处转移不相关.表达阳性和阴性者的4年生存率分别为74%和84%,差别不显著,上表显示非肿瘤区的粘膜炎症状态与Tenascin表达的
Tenascin is an extracellular matrix glycoprotein with structural and biological properties similar to fibronectin and laminin. It is widely present in the dense stroma surrounding epithelial cells in embryogenesis; in adult tissues, It is limited to the vascular and visceral smooth muscle and the upper basal layer of the colon mucosa. Tenascin is expressed in the stroma of glioma, invasive breast cancer, colon cancer, and lung cancer, and is also expressed during inflammation and repair. 120 cases of gastric cancer resected specimens were detected by Tenascin immunohistochemistry.
