油气田企业采用水平井固井技术,不仅可以增加企业油气的产量,还可以提高企业的生产效率,在油气田的开发、采收及保护等方面,固井的质量具有重要的意义。因此,对于固井质量的评价尤为重要,目前常用测井资料来评价和解释固井质量,但是这种方式无论从方法学角度还是操作手段上都存在一定的局限性。本文从实际出发,结合使用胶结比和水泥环有效封隔长度能有效地分别反映出固井水泥胶结情况及水泥的封隔能力,最终能够有效地对固井质量作出精细化的分析和解释。
Oil and gas field companies using horizontal well cementing technology, not only can increase the production of oil and gas companies, but also can improve the production efficiency of enterprises in the field of oil and gas development, recovery and protection, cementing quality is of great significance. Therefore, the evaluation of cementing quality is particularly important. At present, the well logging data are commonly used to evaluate and explain the cementing quality. However, this method has some limitations both in terms of methodology and operation methods. Based on the actual situation, the cementing ratio and the effective packing length of cement ring can effectively reflect the cementing condition of cemented cement and the sealing ability of cement respectively. Finally, the cementing quality can be effectively analyzed and explained.
