一、概述1.测量方法依据JJG677-2006《光干涉式甲烷测定器》检定规程。2.环境条件温度为15℃~35℃,等温24h以上,温度波动不超过±1℃,相对湿度≤85%。3.测量标准(0~2.5)kPa的二等标准补偿式微压计,MPE为±0.8Pa～±1.3Pa,其中2.5kPa的MPE为±1.3Pa。

Environmental conditions Temperature is 15 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, isothermal for 24h above, the temperature fluctuation does not exceed ± 1 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85%. 3. Measurement standards (0 ~ 2.5) kPa second-class standard compensation micro-pressure meter, MPE is ± 0.8Pa ~ ± 1.3Pa, of which 2.5kPa MPE is ± 1.3Pa.
