TVS-2M下格板是TVS-2M压水堆燃料组件的重要零件,该组件是VVER-1000燃料组件的升级产品。围绕TVS-2M下格板多孔系薄壁结构的特点以及易变形的加工特性,重新设计了加工工艺流程和夹具,确定了其装夹方式以及加工方法。针对加工过程中出现的加工工艺难点,通过优化加工先后顺序,解决了薄壁结构的变形问题;手工编制数控宏程序,解决了加工过程中的过切问题和断刀问题,为板式多孔薄壁结构的数控加工提供了新的工艺方法和编程方法。
The TVS-2M under-panel is an important part of the TVS-2M PWR fuel assembly, an upgrade to the VVER-1000 fuel assembly. Based on the characteristics of thin wall structure of TVS-2M undergound and the deformable processing characteristics, the machining process and fixtures were redesigned, and the way of clamping and processing method was confirmed. Aiming at the difficulty of machining process in the process of machining, the deformation of thin-walled structure was solved by optimizing the sequence of machining. The numerical macro-program was compiled by hand to solve the over-cutting problem and cutting-off problem in the machining process, The structure of CNC machining provides a new method and programming method.
