全国高校庆祝建国四十周年经济理论讨论会暨社会主义经济理论与实践研讨会第4次会议于1989年11月5日至9目在广州召开,会议高举马克思主义旗帜,以江泽民总书记在庆祝建国四十周年的重要讲话为指导,澄清被资产阶级自由化搞乱了的经济理论是非充分展开不同学术观点的百家争鸣,围绕总结四十年社会主义建设的经验教训和改革开放的重大经济理论问题,展开了热烈的讨论。现将讨论情况综述如下: 一、建国四十年的回顾与思考与会同志一致认为,江泽民总书记总结我国四十年社会主义建设的历史,特别是十年建设和改革开放的经验教训,得出四个方面的基本结论,是科学的、完全正确的。许多同志说,我国在社会主义制度下取得的辉煌成就举世瞩目,任何怀疑,否定成就的观点是错误的、有害的。同时,我们也必须正视和切实纠正工作中的失误,从教训中冷静地反思,避免重蹈失误,以顺利地推进我国的建设和改革事业。会上集中对如下问题进行
