Based on the deep understanding of the current situation of water environment in the upper reaches of Zhanghe River, this paper analyzes in detail the characteristics of water resources in the basin and the problems existing in its development and utilization, and deeply analyzes the causes of water environment deterioration in the upper reaches of Zhanghe River. Finally, , Puts forward the countermeasures and measures for comprehensively controlling the water environment in the upper reaches of Zhang River.
