“80后”员工指的是上个世纪80年代出生的青年从业人群。根据《中国统计年鉴》的数据,在1980年至1989年之间出生的人口约为2.04亿。如今这部分社会群体即将或已经步入社会,越来越成为中国员工的主力军。“80后”是伴随改革开放进程成长的一代,他们与以往“60后”、“70后”相比具有独特的个性,因此传统的管理方法已不完全适用于80一代。本文通过对“80后”员工的时代背景、性格特点以及出现的管理问题进行了分析,并提出了一系列管理策略。
“80 after ” employees refer to the young practitioners born in the 1980s. According to the China Statistical Yearbook, the population born between 1980 and 1989 was about 204 million. Nowadays, some of these social groups are coming into the society or have become more and more the main force of Chinese employees. After 1980s, the generation with the process of reform and opening up has a unique personality compared with the past 60s and the 70s. Therefore, the traditional management methods have not been fully applied to the 80s . This paper analyzes the background of the times, personality traits and the emerging management problems of employees after 1980s, and puts forward a series of management strategies.
