根据有色金属尾矿的矿物组成,利用机械与化学改性对尾矿的活性进行激发,进而作为硅质材料制备B06级蒸压加气混凝土砌块,并研究了尾矿矿物特性、颗粒细度及蒸压养护时间对制品力学性能的影响。研究表明,在尾矿微粉、石灰、水泥、石膏质量比为65∶20∶12∶3,以30%铜尾矿与35%金尾矿复掺,尾矿粉磨时间20 min,蒸压温度180℃、养护时间8 h的条件下,能够制备出满足A3.5、B06级别的加气混凝土制品。
