温补培元方是由人参、黄芪、附子、黄柏、山萸肉等13味中药组成的。是从新安温补培元医家汪机、孙一奎、郑重光、吴楚等8位医家653例运用温补培元法的医案中,用Foxpro编译程序进行统计,并根据这些医家的配伍规律,总结而成的。为了进一步研究该方温补培元的作用机理,我们用利血平复翩成小鼠脾虚模型,用该方作用后,观察对脾虚型小鼠机体巨噬细胞吞噬作用、脾脏细胞NK活性和conA刺激的淋巴细胞掺入率影响,以阐明该方对改善脾虚证的意义。 材料 1、动物实验动物用近交系C_(57)BL小鼠,6～8周龄,体重22±4g左右,雌雄兼用,由中国科学院上海实验动物中心提供。实验前在本校实验中心饲养1
