学生在初中阶段,生理、心理发生急剧变化。初二年级则是学生成绩的分化阶段。为使学生顺利地渡过青春萌动期,完成初中阶段的学习任务,我们试行了“一四一”式的班级管理方式。“一四一”即一个班级,四个小组,每个小组一个组委会。
Students in the junior high school, physical and psychological changes dramatically. The second grade is the stage of differentiation of student achievement. In order to enable students to successfully pass their youth adolescence and complete their junior high school learning tasks, we have piloted a “one to four-one” class management approach. “One Four One” is a class, four groups, each group a organizing committee.
