以大豆为原料,甲醇为浸提溶剂,5种大豆异黄酮提取率为指标,利用超声波辅助提取,通过单因素实验初步确定提取工艺条件。然后在单因素实验的基础上采用3因素3水平的响应面分析法,建立了总大豆异黄酮含量与各影响因子的回归方程,并得到以总大豆异黄酮提取率为响应值的响应面图和等高线图,进而得出最佳提取工艺条件为固液比1∶50、甲醇提取液浓度85%、提取时间45 min。在此条件下提取2次,大豆异黄酮的总提取率可达0.308%。
