为满足柴油机柱塞套用材料的要求,开发质量优于38CrMoAlA钢和GCr15钢的材料,研制了一种新型氮化钢25Cr5MoA。首先分析确定了材料的化学成分,然后电炉冶炼得材。试验测定了该钢的 CCT曲线,探讨了淬火和回火加热温度对该钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,该钢具有良好的淬透性和较好的综合力学性能。
In order to meet the requirement of diesel engine plunger material and develop materials superior to 38CrMoAlA steel and GCr15 steel, a new type of nitrided steel 25Cr5MoA was developed. First determine the chemical composition of the material, and then electric furnace smelting material. The CCT curve of the steel was tested and the effect of quenching and tempering heating temperature on the mechanical properties of the steel was discussed. The results show that the steel has good hardenability and good mechanical properties.
