合成了一种有机氟改性苯丙乳液,研究了乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、交联单体用量、氟单体用量对乳液稳定性及附着力的影响。结果显示,乳化剂用量为0.8%~1.0%,引发剂用量为0.8%,交联单体用量为3%,氟单体用量为16%时,制备的改性苯丙乳液具有良好的稳定性,在马口铁上的附着力为11.7 MPa。膜层具有良好的耐水性和耐油性,铅笔硬度为2H,与水之间的接触角为118.2°。所制备的膜层在油水分离中具有一定的应用前景。
An organofluorine-modified styrene-acrylic emulsion was synthesized. The effects of the amount of emulsifier, the amount of initiator, the amount of crosslinking monomer and the amount of fluoromonomer on the stability and adhesion of the emulsion were studied. The results showed that the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion prepared with 0.8% ~ 1.0% of emulsifier, 0.8% of initiator, 3% of crosslinking monomer and 16% of fluoromonomer had good stability , The adhesion on the tin is 11.7 MPa. The film has good water resistance and oil resistance, pencil hardness of 2H, and water contact angle of 118.2 °. The prepared film has certain application prospect in oil-water separation.
