赏识教育是一种以人为本,体现人文关怀的新型教学理念,它是教育者用欣赏、赞扬的手段去发现、唤醒、激励受教育者身上隐藏着的巨大潜能的教育。根据众多心理学、教育学的有关研究成果,针对高职院校学生生源和心理的特殊性,本文旨在探讨赏识教育在思想政治教育、教学工作中运用的必要性和可行性。
Appreciation education is a people-oriented, embodying a new philosophy of humanistic care. It is an education that educators use to appreciate, applaud and discover, arouse and motivate the great potential hidden in the educated. According to the relevant research results of many psychology and pedagogy, aiming at the particularity of students’ origin and psychology in higher vocational colleges, this paper aims to explore the necessity and feasibility of applying appreciative education in ideological and political education and teaching work.
