本文对自吸效应-原子吸收光谱分析的原理作了进一步探讨。通过实验考察了宽、窄脉冲电流对原子吸收系数k_(la)和k_(ha)的影响,通过测试求得自吸效应-原子吸收法测定银等8种元素灵敏度的下降率和精密度。观测了空气-乙炔火焰的背景吸收以及自吸效应校正谱线重叠干扰的能力,并成功地测定了酒中的锌。
In this paper, the principle of self-absorption effect - atomic absorption spectroscopy is further explored. The influence of wide and narrow pulse currents on the atomic absorption coefficients k_ (ka) and k_ (ha) was investigated experimentally, and the descending rate and precision of the sensitivity of eight elements such as silver were determined by the self-absorption effect-atomic absorption method. The background absorption of the air-acetylene flame and the self-priming effect were observed for the ability to overlap and interfere with the spectral lines, and the zinc in the wine was successfully measured.
