电涡流探伤是目前应用十分广泛的一种无损检测技术。它检测速度快,可针对不同种类的伤进行检测,准确度高。零电势补偿器是涡流检测仪中重要的组成部分。针对钢领零件表面缺陷自动化检测的特殊要求,原有的零电势补偿方法已不能满足要求,本文介绍了一种由单片机控制的新型零电势补偿器,实践证明,它具有运行可靠、补偿速度快、补偿精度高等特点,有较大的推广价值。
Eddy current testing is a widely used nondestructive testing technology. It detects fast, can be detected for different types of injuries, high accuracy. Zero potential compensator is an important part of the eddy current detector. Aiming at the special requirements of automatic detection of surface defects of ring parts, the original zero potential compensation method can not meet the requirements. This paper introduces a new zero potential compensator controlled by a single chip microcomputer. It has been proved that it has reliable operation and fast compensation , High compensation accuracy, a greater promotional value.
