本试验以MS为基本培养基,附加不同种类与不同浓度的细胞分裂素(6—BA,6-苄基氨基嘌呤,ZT,玉米素)和生长素(NAA,萘乙酸)对月季茎段培养进行了研究。结果表明:月季茎段在萌芽率上以较低浓度的细胞分裂素与生长素在一定比例下组合效果较好,最适培养基为MS+ZT_(2mg/l)+NAA_(0.2mg/l);而在成梢率上,却以较高浓度下单独使用细胞分裂素效果最佳,最适培养基为MS+ZT_(4mg/lo)由于激素的影响和品种的不同,萌芽率过高或过低的品种成梢率均低。
