本文通过采用泵送粉煤灰混凝土浇筑成型大型结构实体模拟模型与标准立方体试件,研究龄期14~360d粉煤灰混凝土的立方体抗压强度与从墙体、楼板混凝土中钻取的芯样抗压强度以及芯样抗压强度与立方体抗压强度之比等力学性能指标及其区别与联系。试验结果表明:(1)粉煤灰混凝土立方体试件及实体结构芯样抗压强度均随龄期呈自然对数增长规律;(2)立方体试件与标准芯样试件抗压强度存在尺寸效应现象,研建了基于28d立方体强度的以芯样强度表征结构实体抗压强度的推定公式;(3)同龄期、同混凝土强度等级的墙体与楼板混凝土中钻取的芯样抗压强度存在差异,经统计给出其相关的数学换算模型。研究结果可供施工期工程结构混凝土强度质量检测与控制参考。
