低洼盐碱地多数分布在洼地周围和地势低平地区。排水不畅,除受地下水位高的影响外,还经常受到涝灾。群众从长期生长斗争中,积累了治理这种土地的办法。第一种,在没有排水出路的地方,利用挖沟取土垫高地面成为台田,相对降低地下水位。第二种,在有排涝出路的地方,除挖沟取土垫高地面外,还用沟排涝,降低地下水位,成为沟洫台田,从排和台两方面降低地下水位。
The low-lying saline-alkali lands are mostly distributed in the low-lying areas and low-lying areas. Poor drainage, in addition to the impact of high groundwater levels, but also often suffer floods.
