目的 制作大鼠溃疡性结肠炎 (UC)模型 ,研究结肠电异常。方法 以二硝基氯苯法制作溃疡性结肠炎模型 ,埋藏电极记录结肠电。结果 造模大鼠结肠形成典型的溃疡 ,并发现其结肠电活动明显异常 ,具体表现为基本电节律 (BER)减慢及收缩性复合肌电 (CEC)的幅值显著降低 ,负载峰电的BER和CEC百分数明显减少
Objective To develop a rat model of ulcerative colitis (UC) to study the abnormality of colonic vessels. Methods The model of ulcerative colitis was made by dinitrochlorobenzene method, and the colon electrode was recorded by buried electrode. Results The colon of the model rats formed a typical ulcer and found that the electrical activity of the colon was abnormal. The results showed that the decrease of basic electrical rhythm (BER) and the amplitude of contractile compound myoelectricity (CEC) The percentage of BER and CEC decreased significantly
