随着20世纪六七十年代日本企业的迅速崛起与理论界对组织文化的研究起步,组织文化在企业的发展战略中受到越来越多的关注。本文分析了万科集团“以人为本”的文化对其在我国房地产领域甚至整个市场竞争环境中所起到的推动作用,并且进一步的探讨了组织文化是如何影响组织的核心竞争力。此外,本文还对现当代我国企业应当如何建设其特有的组织文化进行一系列的反思。这对我国相关学者以及企业管理人员研究建设组织文化具有重大的意义。
With the rapid rise of Japanese enterprises in 1960s and 1970s and the start of research on organizational culture in theorists, organizational culture has drawn more and more attention in the development strategy of enterprises. This article analyzes the impetus of Vanke Group “people-oriented ” culture in its real estate field and even the entire market competition environment, and further explores how the organizational culture affects the core competitiveness of the organization. In addition, this article also carries out a series of introspection on how modern Chinese enterprises should construct their unique organizational culture. This is of great significance to the study of the construction of organizational culture by our scholars and business managers.
