煤堆自燃会造成巨大的经济损失和严重的环境污染,利用光的拉曼散射原理,设计了针对煤堆的分布式光纤温度监测系统,由测温主机、传感光纤和温度监测软件3部分组成。具有灵敏度高、可靠性好、不受电磁干扰影响等特点,可用于煤堆各处温度的监测,并能在温度达到自燃条件前提早发出预警,为避免自燃现象的发生提供条件。
Coal spontaneous combustion will cause huge economic losses and serious environmental pollution. Using Raman scattering principle of light, a distributed optical fiber temperature monitoring system for coal piles is designed. The system consists of temperature-sensing host, sensing optical fiber and temperature monitoring software composition. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good reliability and not affected by electromagnetic interference. It can be used for monitoring the temperature of coal mounds and early warning before the temperature reaches the auto-ignition condition, providing conditions for avoiding spontaneous combustion.
