为调节收入分配差距,美国、英国等发达国家主要采取了税收调节、社会保障、义务教育、反贫困、农业政策补贴、工资决定机制等措施,收到了比较明显的效果。这些措施,对中国调节收入分配差距具有诸多启示;当前建议采取一些积极的政策措施,以有效调节收入分配差距问题。 In order to adjust the disparity in income distribution, developed countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom have mainly adopted such measures as tax adjustment, social security, compulsory education, anti-poverty, subsidies for agricultural policies, wage determination mechanisms and other measures and have received relatively obvious results. These measures have enlightened China’s efforts to adjust the income distribution gap. At present, it is proposed to adopt some positive policies and measures to effectively adjust the income distribution gap.
