对不同时间脑缺血的沙土鼠脑电(EEG)进行了功率谱分析。正常沙土鼠在麻醉状态下的EEG低频成分占60%,高频成分占6%左右。脑缺血时的EEG高低频成分皆有明显下降,缺血时间越长,EEG功率密度恢复越差。高频功率:缺血5min,30min后恢复,缺血10min,360min趋于恢复,缺血20min,360min后尚未恢复。低频功率:缺血5min,30min恢复,缺血10min,60min恢复,缺血20min,120min恢复。结果表明,比较缺血前后的EEG高频与低频功率可以做为缺血损伤程度的一个定量指标。
Power spectrum analysis was performed on gerbil EEG at different times of cerebral ischemia. Under normal anesthesia, EEG low-frequency components accounted for 60% and high-frequency components accounted for about 6%. EEG high and low frequency components of cerebral ischemia were significantly decreased, the longer the ischemic time, the poorer the EEG power density recovery. High-frequency power: ischemia 5min, 30min recovery, ischemia 10min, 360min tends to recover, ischemia 20min, 360min has not yet recovered. Low-frequency power: ischemia 5min, 30min recovery, ischemia 10min, 60min recovery, ischemia 20min, 120min recovery. The results show that the comparison of high and low frequency EEG power before and after ischemia can be used as a quantitative indicator of the degree of ischemic injury.
