2013年对于绝大多数房地产商是一个相对的肥年,在国家政策的严控下,中国楼市成交量和成交金额仍有了不俗的增幅,使房地产商对2014年充满了期望。但春节伊始,一股寒流在楼市中逐渐兴起,连续不断地负面信息充斥楼市,从国际知名分析师的楼市超级泡沫论,再到香港首富李嘉诚继续大量抛售大陆不动产套现,香港楼市大跌、再加上国内房地产巨头,如王石、任志强等纷纷发表言论唱空楼市,似乎新一轮的楼市“唱空”再度袭来,中国楼市真的狼来了吗。
