本文通过调查问卷的方法,对深圳市某高级中学进行实证研究,揭示高中教师职业生活现状,进而探究他们对自己职业生活的内心感受。分析结果表明教师对学校的整体感受较好,其中工作自主性平均得分最高,教师认同感平均得分最低,普遍认为教师的社会职业地位仍有待提高,本校教师对于薪酬待遇的满意度较高,教师工作量较大,许多教师存在一定的职业病或负面情绪。
Through the method of questionnaire, this paper conducts an empirical research on a certain high school in Shenzhen, reveals the status quo of high school teachers’ professional life and then explores their inner feelings about their own professional life. The analysis shows that teachers have a better overall feeling of school. Among them, the average score of work autonomy is the highest, and the average score of teachers ’identity is the lowest. It is generally accepted that teachers’ social occupational status still needs to be improved. Teachers in our school are more satisfied with remuneration packages. Heavy workload, many teachers have some occupational disease or negative emotions.
