以乙二醇单正丙醚为原料,与对甲基苯磺酰氯经酯化得中间体对甲基苯磺酸-2-丙氧基乙酯(Ⅰ)、再与2,6-二乙基苯胺缩合“一锅法”制得2,6-二乙基苯胺基乙基丙基醚。确定了优化工艺条件:酯化反应时,反应物料配比n(乙二醇单正丙醚):n(对甲基苯磺酰氯):n(99%片碱)=1:1.2:1.3,99%片碱为缚酸剂,反应温度30℃,反应时间4 h;缩合反应时,反应物料配比n(2,6-二乙基苯胺):n(中间体Ⅰ):n(缚酸剂三乙胺)=2.5:1:1,三乙胺作缚酸剂,反应温度110℃,反应时间5 h。所得目标产物的产率87%,纯度98.0%,该工艺适于工业化生产。
