目前,高职专科生的职业价值观存在片面追求个人价值、缺乏足够的求职心理承受力、自我同一性混乱等问题,市场经济负面效应以及由此带来的社会不良思潮的渗透侵蚀,青年学生自身特点的变化是其职业价值观形成的内在因素。高职专科生的职业价值观教育还不完善,因此学校要注重培养学生选择和规划自己职业生涯的能力,以最大限度地发挥学生的潜能;注重学生人格素质培养,突出做人教育,使高职专科生成为做人的表率;注重加强高职专科生择业心理教育,使其以积极的、健康的心态应对社会选择;注重培养学生的批判性思维、主动竞争意识、冒险意识和创业意识,实施创业教育。
