5-取代四唑在三氟甲磺酸作用下,与醇(烷基化试剂)反应制备相应2-烷基-2H-四唑。15例收率30%~98%。给电子芳香取代基促进反应,可稳定碳正离子的醇(如4-硝基苄醇,叔丁醇)收率较高。
The 5-substituted tetrazoles are reacted with alcohols (alkylating reagents) under the action of trifluoromethanesulphonic acid to prepare the corresponding 2-alkyl-2H-tetrazoles. 15 cases of the yield of 30% to 98%. To electronic aromatic substituents promote the reaction, stable carbon-positive alcohols (such as 4-nitrobenzyl alcohol, tert-butanol) yield higher.
