There have been several practices in the past for the problem of setting tie bars for frame columns and infill walls, but they are very unreasonable. 1. While tying up the frame column reinforcement, bending and die-typing banding 2 in 6.5 (-1000 mm) is a pull-reinforced band. This practice has caused difficulties in finding pull-reinforcement when demoulding the masonry walls. In order to fully cut out 1 m-long pull-notch reinforcements, the concrete surface is more damaged. 2. Drill holes in the steel formwork, tie the tie bars with wire, and pull out the tie bars when the mold is removed. In this way, there will be many small holes in the steel mold. When the template is used again, it will inevitably leak into the slurry. When the mold is removed to remove the buckling, there will be a certain loss of the concrete surface. If you drill holes in the wooden formwork, it will cause waste of wood. In order to solve this old problem, we have adopted the method of flat iron welding and pulling ribs. The specific practices are as follows.
