为探讨养胃方 (由北沙参、麦冬、茯苓、厚朴、炒扁豆、黄芪、石斛、柿蒂、鸡内金、砂仁、生牡蛎组成 )对放射损伤的防护作用 ,分别采用MTT法、TBA法和DTNB法 ,观察其对荷瘤小鼠放疗后脾脏淋巴细胞转化率以及肝组织细胞中丙二醛 (MDA)和谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量的影响。结果显示 :养胃方能提高小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞转化率 ,降低肝组织的MDA含量及增高GSH含量。提示养胃方能增强荷瘤小鼠放疗后的细胞免疫功能 ,减轻放射线对小鼠免疫系统的毒性和放射所致的自由基损伤。
To explore the protective effect of Yangwei Fang (composed of Radix Glehx L., Radix Ophiopogonis, Cinnamomum camphora, Magnolia officinalis, Fry lentils, Radix Astragali, Dendrobium, Shiqin, Jiijin, Amomum vulgare, and raw oysters) on radiation damage, MTT was used separately. Methods TBA method and DTNB method were used to observe the effect of radiotherapy on spleen lymphocyte transformation rate and malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) content in tumor-bearing mice. The results showed that: Yang Wei Fang can improve the spleen T lymphocyte transformation rate, reduce the liver tissue MDA content and increase the GSH content. Tips Yangwei can enhance the cellular immune function of tumor-bearing mice after radiotherapy, reduce radiation toxicity to mice’s immune system and radiation-induced free radical damage.
