高炉炉顶布料溜槽长期受到硬度较高、速度较大的冶炼料流的冲刷,磨损严重,属于耗损件。为提高溜槽衬板的使用寿命,采用WC作为耐磨层的基体,用锰白铜作为钎料,通过浸润焊接方式,在衬板基材上钎焊上一层硬质合金。实际使用表明,与堆焊硬质合金相比,焊接质量更好,不易开裂和脱落,可以延长设备使用寿命1年以上,具有较好的经济价值。
Blast furnace roof cloth chute long by the higher hardness, speed smelting stream erosion, serious wear and tear, belonging to the wear parts. In order to improve the service life of the chute liner, WC is adopted as the substrate of the wear-resistant layer, manganese white copper is used as a brazing filler metal, and a layer of cemented carbide is brazed on the liner substrate by means of infiltration welding. Practical use shows that, compared with hardfacing alloy, welding quality is better, not easy to crack and fall off, can extend the service life of equipment more than 1 year, with good economic value.
