浙江省绍兴电力局秉承国家电网公司精益化管理理念,以财务管理为突破口,以“五集中”、“六统一”为主线,积极探索财务管理集约化新模式。经过5年多的实践和运作,在践行国家电网公司集约化战略管理的进程上迈出了坚实的一步。
Zhejiang Shaoxing Power Bureau uphold the national grid company lean management philosophy to financial management as a breakthrough to “five concentrated ” “six unified ” as the main line, and actively explore new mode of intensive financial management. After more than five years of practice and operation, we have taken a solid step towards implementing the strategy of intensive management by SGCC.
