采用内循环厌氧反应器-序批式活性污泥法(IC-SBR)处理维生素制药废水,处理规模为1200m3·d-1。在进水COD、BOD分别为10000、3600mg·L-1、SS的质量浓度108mg·L-1时,出水COD、BOD分别为80、25mg·L-1、SS的质量浓度22mg·L-1,平均去除率分别为99.2%、99.3%、79.6%,达到生物工程类制药工业水污染物排放标准(GB21907-2008)一类污染物排放限值。工程实践表明,该组合工艺具有投资少、占地面积少、运行效果稳定、运行费用低、可回收能源等优点。
The inner loop anaerobic reactor - Sequencing Batch Activated Sludge (IC-SBR) was used to treat vitamin pharmaceutical wastewater with a treatment scale of 1200m3 · d-1. When the influent COD and BOD were 10000 and 3600 mg · L-1 respectively and the SS concentration was 108 mg · L-1, the effluent COD and BOD were 80 and 25 mg · L-1, respectively, and the SS concentration was 22 mg · L-1 , With the average removal rates of 99.2%, 99.3% and 79.6%, respectively, reaching the first-class pollutant discharge limits of the water pollutant discharge standards (GB21907-2008) for the bio-engineering pharmaceutical industry. Engineering practice shows that the combination process has the advantages of less investment, less land occupation, stable operation effect, low operation cost and recyclable energy.
