基于BAg45CuZn钎料空气炉中钎焊紫铜的工艺参数研究

选用BAg45CuZn钎料对T2铜进行空气炉中钎焊。采用不同的钎焊温度和保温时间进行试验,测试了钎缝力学性能。通过分析钎缝的断口形貌和组织,研究了钎焊温度、保温时间、壁厚以及冷却方式对钎缝组织和性能的影响。结果表明,温度过低和保温时间过短,钎料与母材相互冶金作用不强,结合不紧密;温度过高和保温时间过长,钎料向母材严重扩散,焊缝抗拉强度降低。保温时间与母材壁厚的平方成正比,与加热温度成反比例关系;不同的冷却速度对钎缝的组织和性能影响也不同,空冷容易出现脆性相,随炉冷却时焊缝可以得到良好的组织和力学性能。 Select BAg45CuZn brazing filler metal for T2 copper brazing. Different brazing temperature and holding time were used to test the mechanical properties of brazing seam. By analyzing the fracture morphology and microstructure of brazing seam, the effects of brazing temperature, holding time, wall thickness and cooling mode on the microstructures and properties of brazed joints were studied. The results show that when the temperature is too low and the holding time is too short, the mutual metallurgical effect between the filler metal and the base metal is not strong and the bond is not tight. When the temperature is too high and the holding time is too long, the filler metal is seriously diffused into the base metal and the tensile strength of the weld is reduced . The holding time is proportional to the square of the base metal wall thickness and inversely proportional to the heating temperature. Different cooling rates have different influences on the microstructure and properties of the braze joint. The brittle phase appears in the air cooling, and the weld can be well cooled Tissue and mechanical properties.
