工业锅炉(或其他换热设备)的受压元件,由于受腐蚀而使强度下降,导致被判废或降压使用,造成极大浪费。在受压元件受约束或不能随意施焊的情况下,不允许立即在生产设备上进行修补。本文在相同的模拟设备上,采用电测应变法确定安全修复的焊接施工规范,对两台被判废的锅炉进行修复使用,为企业节省大量投资。实践证明这种方法是可行的。
The pressure components of industrial boilers (or other heat exchange equipment) are subject to waste or depressurization as a result of corrosion resulting in reduced strength, resulting in significant waste.
