上海大隆机器厂在设计试制超高压乙烯压缩机组合阀的阀体时,因阀体开孔并受2200大气压的超高压气体作用,其应力集中是不可避免与不可忽视的。为了提高阀体的使用寿命,使设计更趋于合理可靠,经对该阀作了一次三向光弹试验,以全面分析阀体的应力状态。超高压压缩机的二段组合阀的设计可作如图1和图2两种考虑,图1为方案(一),图2为方案(二)。组合阀工作时的共同特点是:气体均经由
