本文通过对当前较为普遍存在的擅自改变物业用途的现象及定性的分析,探讨纠纷的法律救济途径,并对现行《中华人民共和国物权法》(下称“物权法”)第77条的缺陷及其他法律、法规的缺失以及如何完善,提出个人的几点思考。
This article discusses the legal remedies of disputes through the analysis of phenomena and qualitative changes of unauthorized use of properties which are more prevalent nowadays and analyzes the defects of the current Article 77 of the Property Law of the People’s Republic of China The lack of other laws and regulations and how to improve, put forward some personal thoughts.
