在有效质量自由电子近似下,用散射矩阵方法计算了两端非绝热连接正常导体电极的弱D resselhaus自旋轨道耦合量子线的自旋电导.结果表明,由于Dresselhaus自旋轨道耦合作用,系统量子化电导平台在子带边缘呈振荡特性,并依赖于自旋轨道耦合强度与电极中的传播通道数以及量子线长度.
The spin-conductance of the weak Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupled quantum wires with non-adiabatically connected normal conductor electrodes was calculated by the scattering matrix method under the approximation of effective mass free electrons. The results show that due to the Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling, The conductance stage oscillates at the edge of the subband and depends on the spin-orbit coupling strength and the number of propagation channels in the electrode and the length of the quantum wire.
