急性会厌炎为耳鼻咽喉科急症 ,临床多见。但暴发型者则少见报道。我院曾诊治 3例暴发型者。报告如下。1　病例介绍例 1　男 ,39岁。 1 993年 4月 1 2日 ,先感咽喉部疼痛不适 ,3h后突感呼吸困难 ,单位医生给予持续氧气吸入 ,2 0 min后送本院急诊室。体检 :患者呈高度吸气性呼吸 Acute epiglottitis is otolaryngology emergency, clinical more common. However, outbreaks are rarely reported. Our hospital had diagnosis and treatment of 3 outbreaks. The report is as follows. A case introduction example 1 male, 39 years old. Physical examination: the patient was highly aspirated
