目的了解白黎芦醇对人增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞增殖及兔耳增生性瘢痕的影响。方法用FCM法检测及建立兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型,用不同浓度的白黎芦醇作用不同时间后,成纤维细胞的增殖指数及兔耳瘢痕增生指数进行了研究。结果①随着白黎芦醇浓度增大和作用时间延长而人皮肤瘢痕组织成纤维细胞增殖指数呈下降趋势。②白黎芦醇在150μmol/L、300μmol/L、400μmol/L时能明显降低瘢痕增生指数,分别为对照组的78.8%、61.2%、47.0%。结论①白黎芦醇降低成纤维细胞增殖指数是其抑制瘢痕增生的途径之一,且呈剂量时间依赖性。②随着白黎芦醇浓度增大,兔耳瘢痕增生指数下降,与瘢痕的体外实验相吻合。
Objective To investigate the effect of resveratrol on the proliferation of human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts and hypertrophic scars in rabbit ears. Methods The animal model of rabbit ear hypertrophic scar was detected and established by FCM method. After different concentrations of resveratrol were used for different time, the proliferation index of fibroblast and the hypertrophic index of rabbit ear were studied. Results 1 With the increase of resveratrol concentration and the prolonged action time, the proliferation index of human skin scar tissue fibroblasts showed a decreasing trend. 2Resveratrol significantly decreased the scar proliferation index at 150, 300, and 400 μmol/L, which were 78.8%, 61.2%, and 47.0% of the control group, respectively. Conclusion 1 Resveratrol can reduce the proliferation index of fibroblasts, which is one of the ways to inhibit the proliferation of scars. It is dose-time dependent. 2 With the increase of resveratrol concentration, the hypertrophic index of rabbit ears decreased, which was consistent with the in vitro experiments of scars.
