目的探讨槟榔加工对作业工人某些免疫功能的影响。方法选择槟榔加工者129名为研究对象,119名非槟榔加工者为对照组,检测血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM。结果槟榔作业组血清IgA、IgG含量降低,并明显低于对照组(P<0.05),并且槟榔加工者免疫功能有随环境变差而降低,随工龄增长而降低,尤其是IgA降低较显著。结论槟榔加工者免疫功能受到一定程度的损害。
Objective To investigate the effects of betel nut processing on some immune functions of workers. Methods A total of 129 betel nut processors were selected as research objects, 119 non-betel nut processors as control group, serum immunoglobulin IgA, IgG and IgM were detected. Results The contents of serum IgA and IgG in betel nut group decreased significantly (P <0.05), and the immune function of betel nut processors decreased as the environment deteriorated. The serum IgA and IgG levels decreased with the increase of seniority, especially the IgA. Conclusion The betel nut processors suffered some damage to their immune function.
