表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)是一种多肽生长因子。肾脏是EGF生成的主要部位,尿中EGF90％来源于肾脏。EGF最主要的生物学效应是促进细胞增殖。本文就EGF与肾脏疾病的关系综述如下。
Epidermal growth factor (EGF) is a polypeptide growth factor. Kidney is the main site of EGF production, urinary EGF90% from the kidneys. The main biological effect of EGF is to promote cell proliferation. This article reviews the relationship between EGF and kidney disease.
