苏修高尔基城汽车厂设计了一种外表面拉削的组合式拉刀。这种拉刀用在立式液压机上,供拉削切削余量不大的小型汽车零件用(如前悬挂臂、倒档齿轮衬套、手制动传动杆、传动轴凸縁、螺帽)。这种拉削过程与以前采用的铣削法比较,生产率是比较高的。立式液压机的成本要大大低于专用拉床而且所占用的生产面积很小。拉削是在C—949立式万能液压机上进行的。(液压机额定压力为15吨、最大工作行程400毫米)。拉削用的刀具和辅具具有下列特点: 1)拉刀刀夹借助于圆柱形尾端而紧固在液压机活塞杆上,因此刀夹在液压机工作台上的夹具内导向; 2)刀夹的尺寸取决于液压机的配合位置;
Suxiu Gorky City Motor Factory designed a combination of broaching the outer surface broach. This broach used in vertical hydraulic machine for small cutting allowance for small car parts (such as the front suspension arm, reverse gear bushing, hand brake lever, drive shaft convex 縁, nut) .
