本组 8 6例显效 84例 ( 97% ) ,明显缓解 2例 ( 3% )。Tsui量表评分呈明显降低。国外报道A型肉毒毒素治疗痉挛性斜颈显效率为 6 1%～ 93% ,平均持续时间为 14周[4 ,5] 。本组疗效明显高于国外组 ,缓解时间长达 1～ 5年 ,复发率低。这可能与治疗方法改进和治疗剂量加大有关。也可能与增加按摩康复治疗有关。A型肉毒毒素治疗痉挛性斜颈安全有效 ,操作简便 ,是目前治疗该病的首选新方法。 The group of 86 cases markedly effective in 84 cases (97%), significantly relieved in 2 cases (3%). Tsui scale score was significantly lower. Foreign reports botulinum toxin type A spasmodic torticollis was 61% ~ 93% efficiency, the average duration of 14 weeks [4,5]. The efficacy of this group was significantly higher than the foreign group, ease up to 1 to 5 years, the recurrence rate is low. This may be related to the improvement of the treatment method and the increase of the treatment dose. May also be related to the increase of massage rehabilitation. Botulinum toxin type A treatment of spasmodic torticollis safe and effective, easy to operate, is currently the treatment of the disease of choice for the new method.
