在不同矿渣掺量的混凝土中,分别掺入两种减水剂—阴离子型聚羧酸减水剂(PCan)和两性型聚羧酸减水剂(PCam),矿渣取代水泥总量为10%~50%,设计坍落度在(200±20)mm,测试混凝土塑性阶段和硬化阶段性能,探讨两性型聚羧酸减水剂PCam与矿渣的相容性。结果表明:掺入减水剂,能有效降低混凝土用水量,PCam作用效果甚与PCan,减水率在30%以上。矿渣的掺入导致混凝土早期强度不高,并且随着矿渣掺量的增加混凝土的早期强度越低,PCam的加入能有效改善因矿渣掺入而导致早期强度的不足,提高15%以上强度。
In concrete with different slag content, two kinds of superplasticizer - PCan and amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCam) were respectively incorporated. The total amount of slag replacement cement was 10% ~ 50%, the designed slump is (200 ± 20) mm, the plasticity and the hardenability of the concrete are tested. The compatibility of amphoteric polycarboxylate superplasticizer PCam with slag is discussed. The results show that: Addition of superplasticizer can effectively reduce the water consumption of concrete, PCam even with PCan effect, water reduction rate above 30%. The incorporation of slag leads to low initial strength of concrete. With the increase of slag content, the lower initial strength of concrete, the addition of PCam can effectively improve the lack of early strength due to slag incorporation, and increase the strength by more than 15%.
